Terms and Conditions for Prestige Hair Studio
1. Booking and Appointments
• All appointments must be booked online through our booking link.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling with a fee.
2. Deposits and Payments
• A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking for certain services.
• Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the service.
• Payment plans for select services (e.g., hair extensions) require a 50% payment before hair is ordered and full payment before installation.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if notice is given 24 hours in advance.
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
4. Service Guarantee and Adjustments
• We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 3 days of your service.
• Adjustments will be offered at no additional charge within this timeframe. Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
5. Hair Extension Services
• Clients receiving hair extension services must adhere to care instructions provided.
• Prestige Hair Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or maintenance.
• Extensions are non-refundable once installed or customized.
6. Health and Safety
• Clients are required to inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health or safety risk.
7. Children and Guests
• For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless being serviced.
• Guests are allowed only if space and circumstances permit.
8. Product Sales
• All hair and product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once items are purchased.
9. Privacy Policy
• Client information will be kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling, service follow-ups, and promotional purposes with your consent.
10. Right to Refuse Service
• Prestige Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, failure to follow policies, or failure to pay.

1. Service Refunds
• All services provided at Prestige Hair Studio are non-refundable.

2. Hair Extensions and Custom Products
• All hair extensions and custom-ordered products are final sale.
• Deposits made for hair extensions are non-refundable once the hair has been ordered or customized.
• No refunds will be issued for installed extensions or customized products under any circumstances.
3. Retail Product Returns
• Unused and unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Appointment Deposits
• Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
5. Payment Plans
• Payments made under our installment plans (e.g., for hair extensions) are non-refundable.
• If you decide not to proceed with the service, payments already made cannot be refunded.
6. Online Sales (Hair and Products)
• All online sales of hair extensions and products are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted for items purchased online.
7. Disputes
• If you are unhappy with a product or service, we encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
